- Device information: basic device and app usage data to ensure the app functions correctly.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your grocery delivery orders.
- To identify the nearest available store to your location.
- To provide real-time order tracking, including sharing your delivery location with the assigned delivery rider.

3. Location Data
The customer app uses your location to:
- Automatically detect the nearest store in your area.
- Allow you to pin a precise delivery address on the map.
The rider (delivery driver) app uses precise, real-time location data while a delivery is active to:
- Show customers the live position of their delivery on the tracking map.
- Calculate estimated delivery times.
Location data is not collected in the background outside of active delivery sessions.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Delivery riders: your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the rider assigned to your order to enable successful delivery.
- Store partners: your order details are shared with the store fulfilling your order.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
5. Data Retention
- Your account and personal information are retained for as long as your account is active.
- Order history is retained to support customer service and reorder functionality.
- Payment transaction records are retained for up to 6 months to comply with financial regulations.
- Upon account deletion, personal information, delivery addresses, and order history are permanently removed within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
