Request Account Deletion - Zadak Fawry

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Zadak Fawry, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to our support team at: zadakfawry.app@gmail.com

In your email, please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your registered phone number (if any)
• A request to delete your account and associated data

Step 2: Data Deletion

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Delete personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Delete delivery addresses and order history
• Retain payment records for up to 6 months to comply with financial regulations

Please allow up to 30 days for your account and data to be fully deleted.
